To the Rav, distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and devotes himself to communal needs,
Rav Yaakov HaLevi (Rav Y. Friedman),
Greetings and blessing,
I obtained with pleasure your letter of the Tuesday of parshas* Chukas, with the request for blessing that it contained, and which I will read, at a propitious moment, near the holy tomb of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, whose merit will protect us.
I read with pleasure, in your mail, that Tehillim*, according to their monthly distribution, are read in two more services, in conformity with the usage instituted by my father-in-law, the Rebbe.
May Hashem grant that all the blessings obtained thanks to this reading, as the letter of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, printed in the Kovetz Tehillim explains, be accomplished in those who maintain this usage, within all the people of Yisrael.
Great is the merit of those who lead to this (to adopting this practice) and make efforts in this sense. Public merit depends on them, and it will bring them an increased blessing and success, in all their needs, material and spiritual, as well as in those of the members of their family. I await good and gladdening news in all these domains.
With my blessing of good health and of success, in the action that you carry out to reinforce the Tradition of Yisrael, which you will do in good health and with broadness of mind,

בנועם הגיעני מכתבו מג' חקת עם הפ"נ המוסגר בו אשר יקרא בעת רצון על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע.
נהניתי לקרות במכתבו אשר בעוד שני מנינים אומרים תהלים אחר התפלה ע"פ תקנת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר כפי שנחלק לימי החדש. ויהי רצון שיקויימו בהמקיימים תקנה זו בתוך כלל ישראל כל הענינים הבאים על ידי אמירה זו, וכמבואר במכתבי כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר שנדפסו בקובץ תהלים.
וגדול זכות אלו שהביאו והשתדלו בזה שזכות הרבים תלוי בם להשפיע להם תוספת ברכה והצלחה בהמצטרך להם ולבני ביתם הן בגשמיות והן ברוחניות. ואחכה לבשו"ט משמחות בכל הנ"ל.
בברכה לבריאות הנכונה והצלחה בעסקנותו בהרמת קרן ישראל סבא מתוך בריאות הנכונה והרחבת הדעת.
