Greetings and blessing,
Your letter seems to indicate that you systematically begin the prayer of Shabbos morning at noon. I am absolutely not satisfied with such a practice, even if you read the Shema Yisrael beforehand, if you respond to Barchu and to the rest.
The situation is different when one begins to pray early, then prolongs it. It would be good to begin to pray practically at the same time as the community, then, from Baruch She'amar, after the latter has prayed.

... נראה ממכתבו, שסדר קבוע אצלו להתחיל התפלה בש"ק בוקר - בחצות היום! ולא נ"ל כלל סדר כזה (אף שבודאי אומר ק"ש לפני זה וכן שמע ברכו וכו'). ושאני אם מתחילים במוקדם ומאריכים בתפלה. ומה טוב להתחיל עם הצבור לערך, ומב"ש ואילך לאחר גמר תפלת הצבור.
