Greetings and blessing,

I received with delay your letter of 2/5, in which you mention the places to which you have gone until now (presumably on holiday). You specify that, by reason of this, you did not respect... (doubtless the principles of modesty).

It is absolutely necessary that you apply, in the future, the laws of taharas hamishpachah*, in conformity with the requirements of our holy Torah, which is a Torah of life, instilling life and happiness in Jewish homes.

In order to repair, up to a certain point, what did not occur as it should have, you will give, at least once a week, a few coins, which will be used to assure the functioning of a mikveh* in one of the cities of our Holy Land, may it be restored and rebuilt.

You must also convince other women to respect the Injunctions of HaKadosh Baruch Hu*, the precepts of taharas hamishpachah*. It is in this manner that one obtains health and success.

May Hashem grant that you announce to me good news concerning all that has just been said.
