Greetings and blessing,
I received your letter of 28 Iyar. As you ask me, I will mention your name near the holy tziyun* of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, whose merit will protect us, so that you may be blessed, in general, and concerning the weakness that you evoke in your letter, in particular.
In these days, we prepare ourselves for the giving and reception of the Torah. At that era, all the children of Yisrael were in good health, in the most literal and most physical sense, as the Midrash Shemos Rabbah relates.
As you know, Chassidus* emphasizes that the blessings reveal themselves anew, each year, as it is said: "These days are commemorated and (in this manner) relived." May Hashem therefore grant that you give good news on this subject.
With my blessing to receive the Torah in a joyous and profound manner,
P.S.: Kindly diffuse that it is fitting to study, during this festival of Shavuos, the Chassidic discourses of my father-in-law, the Rebbe. I proposed that this study bear on the discourses of Shavuos 5704 (1944). These were issued in a few copies, and they are currently being printed.

מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו מכ"ח אייר, וכבקשתו אזכירו על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, בכלל ובהנוגע לחלישות שמזכיר במכתבו בפרט.
וימים אלו ימי הכנה למתן תורה וקבלתה שנעשו אז כל ישראל בריאים גם בפשטות בגשמיות כמסופר בשמו"ר הרי ידוע המבואר בחסידות שכל ההמשכות חוזרים ונעורים בכל שנה ושנה, וכמ"ש והימים האלה נזכרים (ואז הם גם) ונעשים, הנה יצליחו השי"ת לבשר טוב בכל הנ"ל.
בברכה לקבלת התורה בשמחה ובפנימיות.
