Greetings and blessing,
You tell me that, during the Chassidic gatherings, you fill yourself with motivation. But, afterward, you do not note any success, you become discouraged, and you lack joy.
Such an attitude has in no way reason to be, for it is certain that a Chassidic gathering exercises its effect. But, sometimes, one can observe it immediately, while, at other times, it appears only much later. In any case, it is certain that, in the end, the result is obtained, for oneself and for one's environment.
May Hashem accord you success, so that you may serve Him joyously, that you may strengthen your trust in Him, in the most literal sense. In this manner, not only will you be able to assume your communal activities, but, in addition, you will earn your living broadly. With your wife, you will conceive of all your children much Chassidic satisfaction.

... מ"ש שבעת התועדות ישנה התעוררות אבל אח"כ כשאין רואים הצלחה הנה נופל מעט ברוחו וחסר בענין השמחה. הנה אין להנהגה כזו יסוד כלל וכלל כי חזקה להתועדות חסידותי שפועלת, אלא שלפעמים ניכרת התועלת על אתר ולפעמים מתאחרים הדברים, אבל דבר בטוח הוא שסוכ"ס פועל זה הן בעצמו והן בסביבה.
והשי"ת יצליחו לעבדו מתוך שמחה ולהיות חזק במדת הבטחון כפשוטו ממש שיצליח בפרנסתו נוסף על עסקנות בצרכי צבור והוא וזוגתו שיחיו ירוו רוב נחת חסידותי מכל ילידי' שיחיו.
