Greetings and blessing,
As you know, the Mishnah* rules that "there is only One Who can judge alone," which, in my view, alludes indeed to HaKadosh Baruch Hu*, and in no way to a man.
I presume that Rav Ashi (see tractate Sanhedrin 7b), who was very wealthy and a great Sage of Yisrael, unique in his generation, would interrogate every butcher of his city before answering a question concerning an animal. How much more must one who is not unique in his generation listen to another opinion, not imagine or give to think that he can judge alone, especially if it is a question concerning hundreds of Jewish children, attached to my father-in-law, the Rebbe, and to his predecessors, whose merit will protect us.
Indeed, one can be attached to these masters, but the contrary situation is also conceivable, chas veshalom*.
You know the following proverb of my father-in-law, the Rebbe. Certainly, the Mishnah* asks to judge each one with benevolence (by finding extenuating circumstances). For all that, one cannot, in acting thus, come to destroy what belongs to the domain of holiness.
I await, as quickly as possible, your reply on all these points.
