Greetings and blessing,
You inform me of your plan for Matzah Shemurah* (consisting of harvesting the wheat, guarding it, sorting it, and grinding it in the Holy Land, then preserving matzos for the Rebbe).
In such a case, a problem of agricultural tithings arises (specific to that which is cultivated in the Holy Land), and I have therefore not taken a final decision, given the complexity of the subject.
In this instance, this wheat reached maturity in the Holy Land, and you will consult what the Tzvi LaTzaddik says on Shulchan Aruch* Yoreh De'ah, chapter 331, paragraph 12.
Certainly, those who reside in the Holy Land know perfectly well what they must do in such a case, but their situation is particular, since they cannot do otherwise. Obviously, this is not the same for those who find themselves outside Eretz Yisrael, as you will understand.
Without making it a vow, as soon as a decision is taken, I will let you know.

מה שכותב אודות התכנית למצה שמורה. הנה כיון שקשור זה בעניני תרומות ומעשרות, עדיין לא באתי לידי מסקנא בענין מסובך זה. כיון שנמרחו בארץ (צבי לצדיק בשו"ע יו"ד [סי' שלא סי"ב]). ואף שלהנמצאים בארץ יש הנהגה ברורה ופשוטה בזה הרי בודאי בדאי אפשר שאני, משא"כ להנמצאים בחו"ל וד"ל ובל"נ כשתהי' איזה החלטה בזה אודיע.
