Greetings and blessing,

I am responding to your letter of 3 Iyar, in which you speak to me of your cousin and her husband.

It is important that:

A) starting from now, she cover her head, as our holy Torah stipulates;

B) in the future, she frequent a mikvah* of rainwater or springwater, and not the one that is filled with an instrument charged with measuring the quantity of water.

Every addition to the Torah and to the mitzvos* draws down increased blessings of Hashem in all the needs of the man and his family.

והנה נחוץ הי' א) שמכאן ולהבא תזהר בכיסוי הראש כפסק דין תורתנו הק'. ב) מכאן ולהבא תשתמש בהמקוה שהיא ממי גשמים או מי מעיין, ולא ממים העוברים דרך כלי מודד המים וכו' וכל הוספה בענינים דתורה ומצות ממשיך תוספת בברכות השי"ת בהמצטרך לאדם וביתו שי'.
