To the Rav, the distinguished Chassid who fears Hashem and devotes himself to communal needs, Rav Nissan Nemanov,

Greetings and blessing,

I duly received your letter of 26 Adar Sheni, with what it contained. In the meantime you have surely obtained the answer to your question from my secretariat, in addition to the letter that I sent you some time ago.

You have surely established a program for the days of Pesach* in order to spread the wellsprings of Chassidus* outward and to draw inside those who find themselves outside, so that this action may continue afterwards, throughout the year — that is, in the expression of my father-in-law the Rebbe, "always." You will consult the sichah* of Pesach* 5703 (1943, by the Frierdiker Rebbe), reproduced at the end of the Haggadah* published by Kehot* (of which the Rebbe is the author).

I propose that during the festival of Pesach* one study the chassidishe* maamarim* of Pesach* 5704, which have just appeared and which also figure in a fascicle published some time ago, fascicle no. 91.

With my blessing for a kosher and freilichen* Pesach* for yourself, for the members of your family, for your talmidim*, and for those who receive your influence,

בודאי עושים תכנית ופראגראם איך לנצל ימי הפסח הבע"ל להפצת המעיינות חוצה ולהמשיך את אלו העומדים בחוץ פנימה ושיומשך כ"ז על [כ]ל השנה כולה, וכלשון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר: שטענדיג, עיין שיחת חג הפסח תש"ג, הועתק בהגדה הוצאת קה"ת בסופה.

מציע אני ללמוד בימי חג הפסח הבע"ל את מאמרי פסח תש"ד הנדפסים עתה, ונדפסו ג"כ בקונטרס בפ"ע זה מכבר והוא קונטרס צ"א.
