Greetings and blessing,
You write to me that you have moved into a new apartment. May Hashem grant that, in changing place, you also change mazal*, for the good and for blessing.
The mazal* of Israel is called "ayin*" — nothingness — for it is said: "ein mazal leYisrael*" — "there is no mazal for Israel." (Submission to Hashem allows Yidden* not to be subject to astral influences.)
From this apartment, you will spread chassidishe* light and vitality in your physical surroundings and in your moral surroundings. The Holy One, blessed be He, acts midah keneged midah*, and He will therefore infuse into your home material and spiritual light, warmth, and vitality. And, above all, you will derive chassidishe* nachas* from all your children and grandchildren.

במענה על מכתבו בו מודיע אשר העתיקו לדירתם החדשה, והנה יה"ר מהשי"ת שיהי' משנה מקום משנה מזל לטובה ולברכה אפילו מזלם של ישראל הנקרא בשם אין וכמרז"ל אין מזל לישראל. ומדירתם זו ישפיעו אור וחיות חסידותי בסביבתם בגשמיות ובסביבתם ברוחניות, ומדתו של הקב"ה מדה כנגד מדה להשפיע בדירתם אור וחום וחיות הן בגשמיות והן ברוחניות, והעיקר חסידישן נחת פון אלע אייערע קינדער און קינדס קינדער שיחיו.
