Greetings and blessing,

You tell me that you are not satisfied, that you do not see the possibility of great accomplishments in Eretz Yisrael*, neither at the present time nor in the future. The question of your moving therefore arises again (see also letter no. 2575).

In my opinion, you must on the contrary consider the situation in Eretz Yisrael* from the perspective of Chabad* activity, and especially after the conversation you had with Mr. Chazar (see letter no. 2343). You will be able to verify that broad horizons are foreseeable. As usual, when Midyan and Moav quarrel, Bnei Yisrael* must take advantage of it to strengthen their situation. In a more refined manner, the same is true within the Jewish people itself. One must therefore be attentive and seize every opportunity, in a pleasant and peaceful manner.

Obviously, this applies to the field of chinuch* and to communal activities. Since the histalkus* of my father-in-law the Rebbe, whose merit shall protect us, I have noted that such activity multiplies brachah* and success, materially and spiritually, for all those who undertake it and for the members of their families.

What has just been said would remain valid if a brilliant proposal were made to you in another country. How much more so is this the case at the present time and in the near future, when, in a natural way, such occasions are presenting themselves less and less.

With my blessing for success in your sacred shlichus*, in good health and with breadth of mind, so that you may provide for your needs and for those of your family, that you may celebrate the festival of Matzos* in a kosher manner and with true joy, awaiting your good tidings,

... ובהנוגע לשאלתו אודות שאינו מוצא סיפוק ואינו רואה מקום לגדולות בשבילו באה"ק ת"ו עתה וגם בעתיד ובמילא שוב הועמדה השאלה ע"ד העתקה משם.

הנה לדעתי אדרבה כפי שרואה אני המצב באה"ק ת"ו בהנוגע לעבודת חב"ד וכן לאחר הדבור עם מר שז"ר שי' כאן, הנה אדרבה יש מקום להתפתחות גדולה ביותר, וכמו תמיד שמדין ומואב במחלוקת יש לבנ"י להשתמש בזה לחזק מעמדם ומצבם, וה"ה בדקות בבנ"י גופא. ובלבד שיעמדו על המשמר לנצל כל הזדמנות כגון זו בדרכי נועם ובדרכי שלום.

ומובן שהנ"ל הוא בנוגע לשדה החינוך עסקנות צבורית וכו' וכו', וכפי שרואה אני מעת הסתלקות כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע הנה קשורה התעסקות בזה בתוספת ברכה והצלחה בהמצטרך להמתעסקים הם ביתם וב"ב הן בגשמיות והן ברוחניות.

כל הנ"ל לו גם הי' השערה להסתדרות בחו"ל מזהירה ביותר וביותר, ואצ"ל בזמן זה ובעתיד הקרוב שאדרבה ההשערה בזה בדרכי הטבע הולכת ופוחתת.

בברכת הצלחה בעבודתו בקדש מתוך בריאות הנכונה והרחבת הדעת ופרנסה לו ולכל ב"ב שיחיו ולחוג את חג המ[צ]ות בכשרות ובשמחה אמיתית. המחכה לבשו"ט.
