Greetings and blessing,

I receive, from time to time, news of your accomplishments, in particular of your positive action on behalf of our Yeshivas Lubavitch* in Lod*. There is no doubt that this support, like everything that is alive and holy, will continue to develop, all the more so since the period demands it.

For if at all times the chinuch* of youth was a priority, how much more so is this the case at the present time, in this orphaned generation, especially in a country which all the nations agree to call the Holy Land. Fortunate are all those who take part in this accomplishment.

I have learned with pleasure that you have recovered your health and that you have resumed your work. Doubtless it will be the same regarding the health of the soul. For Yidden* who, for very many generations, have borne the standard of unity in the world — of the one Hashem, the one Torah, and the one people — this idea of unity is at the very basis of every detail that concerns them.

In fact, the body and the soul must form a single entity, and "ein omed bifnei haratzon*" — nothing stands in the way of will — to establish harmony between the soul and the body, all the more so since "haba litaher mesayin oso*" — one who comes to purify himself, and to unite his body with his neshamah*, is granted assistance.

With my blessing for success in your shlichus*, and for contributing to forming a young generation devoted to the holy values of Yisrael* — from the revelation of Sinai onward — and in good health,

מזמן לזמן מקבל הנני ידיעות אודות עסקנותו ובפרט אודות פעולותיו הטובות בסיוע בהנוגע לישיבתנו תומכי תמימים אשר בלוד. ובטח כמו כל דבר חי וקדוש הרי גם סיוע זה ילך הלוך וגדול, ובפרט אשר השעה דורשת זה, כי אם בכל המקומות ובכל הזמנים הי' חינוך הנוער בעי' חיונית, הרי עאכו"כ בדורנו זה דור יתום ובארץ אשר מוסכם בפי כל עמי תבל לקרותה בשם ארץ הקדושה. ואשרי חלקו של כל אחד שיכול לקחת חבל בעבודה זו.

נעם לי להוודע אשר הוטב מצב בריאותו וכבר חזר לעבודתו. ובודאי יהי' כזה ג"כ בבריאות הנשמה, אשר אצל איש הישראלי שמדורי דורות היו נושאי דגל ענין האחדות בעולם ד' אחד תורה אחת וגוי אחד, הרי רעיון האחדות חודר גם את הווייתו של כל פרט מהם, ולכל לראש אשר הגוף והנשמה דבר אחיד צריכים להיות. ואין לך דבר העומד בפני הרצון ובפרט שכל הבא לטהר מסייעין לו.

בברכת הצלחה בעבודתו שימלא חלקו בהקמת נוער מסור לכל הקדוש לעם ישראל מעת עמדם על הר סיני ומתוך בריאות הנכונה.
