Yerushalayim, the holy city, may Hashem grant you long life,
Greetings and blessings,
I received your letter, which was undated, in which you mention the federation of the chaburos* and the beginning of your activities. Nevertheless, you do not specify what those activities are.
I therefore hasten to send you the present letter, going beyond the waiting list, to invite you to inform me of your concrete activities and, above all, to make use of Purim*, which is approaching, in the proper way, in the field and the vineyard of Chabad. May Hashem grant you success.
In awaiting your good news on all that has just been said, with greetings to all the participants and wishing you considerable success in your communal activities and your personal concerns,
