Greetings and blessings,
I received your letter of 20 Adar Rishon. I have asked you several times to set fixed times for the study of nigleh* and chassidus*. Yet in every letter you write to me, you never address this subject and speak only of material problems.
It is true that the gashmiyus* of a Jewish man or a Jewish woman is spiritual, and one must make use of it to build a Sanctuary for Hashem here below. But how much more spiritual is their ruchniyus*! I have good hope that the gap concerns only the writing, but not the practical action.
As you asked of me, I will mention your name when I am at the holy tziyun* of my father-in-law the Rebbe, may his merit protect us, for everything you mention in your letter. When you have good news, you will not fail to inform me.

מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו מכ' אד"ר, ולמרות שזה כ"פ עוררתיו אודות קביעות שיעורי לימוד בתורת הנגלה ובתורת החסידות. הנה בכל מכתב שכותב אינו מזכיר דבר עד"ז כ"א ע"ד ענינים גשמיים. ואף שגשמיות איש ואשה הישראלים רוחניות הם כי הרי דוקא עי"ז נעשה לו ית' דירה בתחתונים אבל עאכו"כ שהרוחניות של איש ואשה הישראלים רוחניות הם; ותקותי שאין זה אלא חסרון בכתיבה אבל לא בהפו"מ.
כבקשתו אזכירו בהיותי על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע להענינים שכותב במכתבו, ובודאי כשיהי' לו בשו"ט בזה יודיע.
