In these days that precede the hilula*[1], a propitious date for all who follow the example of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, may his merit protect us, one must strengthen oneself in the practices and customs that were his. One will likewise support the institutions he founded and directed. They must experience elevation, develop, and expand.
There is no shadow of doubt that all who act in this manner will have the upper hand, in accordance with the saying of the Mitteler Rebbe* reproduced in the summaries and notes on Tanya*, p.122. For the Heavenly Court issued the ruling[2] that in everything pertaining to Torah, fear of Hashem, and good conduct, those who are bound to him[3] and follow his example will indeed have the upper hand.
May Hashem grant you the merit and the success of being able to behold all this with your physical eyes, as speedily as possible.

...ובפרט בימים אלו שקודם ההילולא שהוא יום סגולה לכל ההולכים בעקבותיו של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע מחזיקים בדרכיו והנהגותיו ומחזיקים את המוסדות שיסד ונהג שצ"ל בהם מעלין בקדש בהתפשטות והתרחבות, אשר נעלה מכל ספק שתהי' ידם על העליונה וכפתגם כ"ק אדמו"ר האמצעי (הועתק בס' קיצורים [והערות] לתניא סוף עמוד קכב) אשר פסקו בבי"ד של מעלה אשר בכל ענין של תורה יר"ש ומדות טובות תהי' יד מקושריו והולכי בעקבותיו על העליונה, והשי"ת יזכם ויצליחם לראות את זה במוחש וגם בעיני בשר בהקדם האפשרי...
