Brooklyn,

To Mr. Baruch Rozenthal,

Greetings and blessings,

I reply to your letter of Wednesday of Parshas Shemos, in which you inform me that a committee has been formed for the purpose of publishing the works of Rav Tzvi Yosef Minski. I hope that these seforim* will bring encouragement for the practice of Torah* and mitzvos* with yiras Shamayim*.

The desire to disseminate Torah* in the spirit of the tradition of Yisrael* has always been particularly desirable, in any era. How much more so at present, due to the confusion that reigns in the minds, particularly in America, where the numerical and structural majority of the Jewish people resides.

May Hashem grant that each one bring his contribution to the dissemination of emunah*, the study of Torah*, and the practice of mitzvos* among Yidden*, and especially among the youth who are now beginning to face life and are confronted with the trials of this material and coarse world. May Hashem grant you success.

With my blessing,

For the Rebbe shlita*,

the secretary,
