Greetings and blessings,

A) I am surprised that, contrary to your usual practice, you have not transmitted to me the organization of studies for the new year [1] and the nominative list of students. It is clear that this interests me and is important from various points of view.

It is also obvious that here we do everything that is concretely necessary, even if you do not receive a reply and it is not confirmed to you. Of course, all this is lacking when no news is transmitted.

Moreover, this connection is, in itself, important, in addition to its material implication. No doubt you will complete all this on the next occasion, as quickly as possible and with all the necessary details. I thank you in advance.

B) Concerning the hilula* [2] of Yud Shevat*, you will surely confer and consult the other chassidim*, in order to determine how to organize this date in your sacred institution, in accordance with the capacities of the students in each class. It is unnecessary to explain how important this is, for the older classes as for the younger ones.

In accordance with the will of the one whose hilula* we are celebrating, my father-in-law the Rebbe, whose merit will protect us, everything must be linked to concrete action, and you will take this into account in your program. You will encourage the students and the members of the administration not only in a general manner but also in very specific areas, even if these do not encompass the totality, since the latter transcends the specific points which constitute it, as chassidus* explains in various texts.

In any case, every time a specification is possible, one must not give it up. Thus one can hope to obtain the means, when the time comes, to highlight the other specific points which the totality contains, and even that which transcends all these points, since the revelation will begin immediately.

C) I enclose a few prepaid mailing vouchers as a contribution to the expenses that will need to be incurred to accomplish all this.

לפלא אשר בסתירה למנהגם מאז, הנה לא הגיעוני מהם ידיעות מסידור הלימוד לשנה חדשה זו, רשימות שמות התלמידים וכו' וכו' אשר מובן מעצמו שכ"ז מעניין ונוגע מכמה טעמים, ומובן ג"כ אשר אף שאין מקבלים מענה מכאן, הרי עכ"פ עושים כאן בהנוגע להבפועל כפי האפשרי אף שאין מודיעים אותם עד"ז, משא"כ כשאין מהם ידיעות כמובן, וזהו נוסף על נחיצות הקישור בכלל מלבד התועלת הגשמי אשר בזה.

ובודאי ימלאו את כל הנ"ל בהזדמנות הכי קרובה ובפרטיות המתאימה, ות"ח מראש.

ב) בקשר עם יום היארצייט וההילולא יו"ד שבט הבע"ל, בודאי יתייעצו ביניהם וגם שאר אנ"ש המתאימים לזה, באיזה אופן לסדר הנ"ל במוסדם הק' שיהי' מתאים להשגת התלמידים בכל כתה כפי ענינה, ונחיצות הדבר הן בכתות הגדולות והן בכתות הנמוכות מהם, אינה צריכה ביאור, וע"פ רצון בעל ההילולא כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע לקשר כל ענין עם בכן שבפועל ממש, הרי בתכניתם יקחו גם את זה בחשבון, ולעורר את התלמידים וגם את חברי ההנהלה לא רק באותיות מקיפות, אלא גם בפרטים מסוימים, ואף שהפרטים בכגון דא אינם ממצים את כל הכלל, נוסף שבזה הוא ג"כ ענין של כלל שלמעלה מפרטים, וכמבואר הענין בדא"ח בכ"מ, הרי עכ"פ אלו שאפשר לפורטם אין לוותר עליהם, ויש לקוות שגם זה יועיל, במשך הזמן, להמשיך גם שאר הפרטים שבכלל, ואפילו מה שישנו בכלל שלמעלה מפרטים, כיון שתתחיל ההמשכה בהפועל תומ"י.

ג) מוסג"פ איזה סקריפ להוצאות הקשורות בסידור כל הנ"ל.
