A practicing physician will surely know how to find a means whereby it will not be necessary for you to wash on Shabbos*[1].
Indeed, Shabbos* itself brings refuah*[2]. Indeed, our Sages observe that "one does not voice a complaint on Shabbos*." Despite this and precisely because of this, "refuah* is near"[3].
