Greetings and blessings,

Here is what is the object of the present. I am sorry to ascertain that your activity has been reduced. I have good hope that it is so only in a passing manner and that this will change very soon. I thank you for confirming to me that this situation does not result from enmities, controversies and quarrels.

Indeed, the wagon of the Rebbe is sufficiently wide. One finds in it room for all chassidim, for all those who are bound to him. Each of them can thus carry out the mission entrusted to him in this world, within the four amos of the Rebbe. In fact, it is said that "great is Hashem in the city of our Elokim"—and our Sages explain that the entirety of the city can be considered as four amos.

Wishing you all the good, material and spiritual, and in expectation of your mail which will announce to me good news for all that has just been said.

... על של עתה באתי, אשר מצטער אני מה שנגרע מהתעסקותו בעניני... ותקותי חזקה שאין זה אלא ענין עובר ויעבור בקרוב ממש. ות"ח אם יודיעני בפירוש אשר אין כאן לא פירוד הלבבות ולא סכסוכים וחיכוכים וכו' וכו'. און דער רבי'נס וואגען איז גענוג גרויס און ס'איז דא אין אים פלאץ פאר אלע חסידים ומקושרים אויף אויסניצן זיי במילוי שליחותם בעלמא דין אין דעם רבי'נס ד' אמות (וכידוע פסק רז"ל שכל העיר - גדול הוי' בעיר אלקינו - כד' אמות).

המאחל לו כל טוב בגשמיות וברוחניות ומחכה למכתבו מבשר טוב בכל הנ"ל.
