To the great rav*, distinguished chassid* who fears Hashem

and devotes himself to communal needs,

Rav David [1],

Greetings and blessings,

I am responding to your letter. I was very satisfied to learn that the mikvah* of Machaneh Yehudah was constructed in keeping with the instructions of the Rebbe Rashab [2].

There is here further proof that, by intervening with the necessary sincerity and determination, one causes all obstacles to disappear [3]. Thus is fulfilled the promise of the Alter Rebbe according to which those who follow his teachings will know success, in all that is bound to Torah and mitzvos*.
