To the great Rav, distinguished chassid* who fears Hashem

and devotes himself to communal needs,

HaRav David[1],

I greet and bless you,

I have just received your letter, to which was attached the detailed account of the construction of mikvaos* in new places, for which discussion continues. Nevertheless, a positive outcome is conceivable and, in order to hasten it, you have said that, if necessary, you would consent to a loan, with the aim of covering the additional costs occasioned by the adoption of the opinion of our Rabbeim*[2].

I am happy to learn that one is making one's way toward this solution. May Hashem cause that the outcome be effectively in conformity with the will of our Rabbeim. If a loan is necessary, I shall also participate in it, through the funds whose management I assure, for an amount of fifty pounds, which can be paid within a half-year. Nevertheless, I wish that nothing be blocked for lack of means.

Without making it a neder*, I shall read the request for brachah* formulated in your letter by the tziyun* of my father-in-law, the Rebbe. Without doubt, he shall arouse the Divine mercy for each of those whom you mention, in order to obtain the satisfaction of their needs.

זה עתה קבלתי מכתבו בו מפרט באריכות את סדר השתל' בנוגע לבנין המקואות במקומות החדשים אשר עדיין עומד באמצע השקו"ט בזה אבל יש סיכויים שהצליח בעינו, וכדי להחיש את הדבר הנה אמר אשר באם יוצרך ישתתף בהלואה כדי להספיק אתה הוצאה היתירה על בנין המקוה מתאים להוראת נשיאינו הק'.

נעים לקרות שהענינים מתפתחים בכיוון זה, ויה"ר מהשי"ת אשר יסתיים הדבר מתאים לרצון נשיאינו הק', ואם יוצרך להלואה הרי גם אני משתתף בזה מהקופות אשר תחת ידי בסכום של חמשים לירה אשר יוכל לשלמו בעוד כחצי שנה, אף שבכלל תקותי שמחוסר אמצעים לא תהי' מניעה לגוף הדבר.

את הפ"נ שבמכ' אקרא - בל"נ - על הציון של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, ובטח יעורר ר"ר על כאו"א מהנזכרים בהפ"נ להמצטרך להם.
