Greetings and blessings,
I have duly received your request for a brachah*, which was not dated. You tell me that your sight has weakened. You consulted a specialist who, for the moment, was unable to do anything for you.
It would be good for you to consult another specialist. For the Torah requires of us to follow the ways of nature[1]. Furthermore, I advise you to take part in public Torah shiurim*. You will also study a few lines of Tanya and of Zohar, or at the least read them.
I hope that you will be able to convey to me the improvement of your vision[2].

קבלתי הפ"נ - בלי הוראת זמן כתיבתו - שכותב שאצלו נחלשה הראי, מכמו שהיתה, והרופא מומחה, לא נתן לו לע"ע מאומה לזה.
נכון הוא שהי, שיכנוס לרופא אחר מומחה, שע"פ התורה צריכים להתנהג גם בדרך הטבע, וחוץ מזה הצעתי שישתתף בשיעורי תורה הנלמדים ברבים, וגם יראה ללמוד או לומר לכל הפחות שורות אחדות מספר התניא וספר הזהר, ואקוה שיוכל לבשר בשו"ט שהולך וטוב מצב הראי, שלו.
