Greetings and blessings,
You tell me that you are studying Torah with several young men, and you request a brachah*. May Hashem therefore grant that you have success in every respect, and that these young men become chassidim*, fearing Hashem and studying Torah.
Nevertheless, I am surprised — as I have already written to you previously — that you have left your place, provisionally I hope, within the Chabad community, when there is so much to do there, in particular for those who have the capacity to assume functions in the area of chinuch*.
Finding myself at a distance, it is difficult for me to point out to you in what manner you must return and take part in the activity of Chabad, in order to fulfill your role of educator there. Nevertheless, being on the spot, reflection will permit you to have the discernment by means of which you will easily find a way to assume these functions.
As our holy rebbeim* assure us, you will have success in this area and you will be able to convey good news to me.

... מ"ש במכתבו בנוגע לעצמו שלומד עם איזה נערים, ומבקש ברכה, הנה יה"ר מהשי"ת שיצליח בהם בכל הפרטים ויגדלו להיות חסידים יר"ש ולומדים, אבל בכלל תמיהני עליו, וכמו שכתבתי לו מכבר שמתפלא הנני ע"ז שעזב את מקומו - ותקותי שזהו רק לפי שעה - בכרם חב"ד, בה בשעה שיש עבודה ברשות, חב"ד ובפרט לאלו שיש בידם לפעול בשדה החינוך,
קשה הדבר להורות באצבע בריחוק מקום כ"כ באיזה אופן פרטי עליו לחזור ולהשתתף בעבודת חב"ד ובפרט במקצוע החינוך שלו, אבל בטח על אתר הנה אם רק יתבונן, ובהגברת הצורה ימצא בנקל אופן שיוכל להמשיך בפעולות במקצוע זה, וכהבטחת נשיאינו רבוה"ק הרי בטח יהי' זה בהצלחה ויוכל לבשרני בשו"ט.
