To the youth organization of the Chabad association[1],
26 Achad Ha'am Street, Tel Aviv,
Greetings and blessings,
In its time, the Rebbe shlita* received[2] your invitation and your request concerning the thirteenth anniversary of the founding of your organization, in the Holy Land. He addressed to you on this occasion a telegram, the text of which is as follows:
"In reply to your invitation and your request concerning your thirteenth anniversary, you will surely mobilize all your strengths to carry out the holy shlichus* entrusted to all of the youth in the Holy Land, may it be rebuilt and restored.
This shlichus consists of devoting oneself with all one's neshamah* to educating Jewish children in Torah and yiras Shamayim*, overcoming all obstacles and difficulties. May Hashem grant you success.

בשעתו נתקבלה ליד כ"ק אדמו"ר שליט"א הזמנתם ובקשתם בקשר עם יובל ה-י"ג ליסוד תנועתם בארץ הקדש, ונשלח מברק מכ"ק אדמו"ר שליט"א, וזה לשונה:
"במענה להזמנתם ובקשתם ליובל הי"ג, בטח תשימו עיקר מגמתכם למילוי התפקיד הקדוש של כל הנוער באה"ק, תבנה ותכונן, להתמסר בכל נפשם לחינוך בני ובנות ישראל בתורה ויראת שמים, בהתגברות על כל מניעות ועיכובים נקודה. השי"ת יצליחכם".
