To Eliyahu Chaim Abelski-Roytblatt[1],
Pernwald[2],

Kindly convey my greetings to all the chassidim*. My father-in-law, the Rebbe, underscores[3] that one may so designate anyone who is bound to Torah and mitzvos*. You will also transmit to them the contents of the letter on the reverse side[4].

In addition, I enclose the text of the sichah* delivered on the fifth night of Chanukah* before the talmidim*[5], but which in reality concerns all those who attended Yeshivas* Lubavitch and, more generally, all Yidden* who keep Torah and mitzvos.

For among these mitzvos figure the following: "You shall surely rebuke[6]" and "you shall love your fellow[7]." It would be needless to say more.

With my blessing that you may, very soon, give me good news,

In addition, we are sending you this week documents from the yeshiva[8].
