Greetings and blessings,

I received your letters in their time, and I am pleased to learn that you are all in good health. May Hashem grant that you continue to give me good news of yourself and of all the members of your family.

I thank you for the information that you transmitted to me regarding the villages in which your action extends, from time to time, and for all that you have specified to me, on this subject. You shall do likewise in the future, and I thank you in advance.

As for your questions, I spoke of them to Rav B. G.[2], for I could not reply to you quickly. He has doubtless written to you to transmit instructions.

You will find enclosed the kuntres* of 20 Marcheshvan, which has just appeared. You shall know how to make use of it in the appropriate manner.

It would be good to consult with the great Rav and Chassid, Rav M. Lipsker[3], to determine what is fitting to do in order to use the month of redemption[4], the 10th and the 19th of Kislev, as well as Chanukah, in the manner that suits best and with the diffusion that is necessary, including in the most remote places, where you shall find persons capable of speaking about 19 Kislev[5]. You shall indicate to them, globally, what there is to say, and especially the concrete actions that one may demand, that is to say, the enrollment of new pupils in the Oholei Yosef Yitzchak schools, and, in general, the strengthening of Jewish observance.

It is, of course, out of question to accept a common designation, Em HaBanim Oholei Yosef Yitzchak[6], but it is necessary to know how to explain it with diplomacy.

In greeting all those who assume responsibilities in our institutions, in general, and Rav Yitzchak Elmaleh[7], in particular, whom Hashem shall protect and to whom He shall grant material and spiritual success,

מכתביו בעתם קבלתי, ות"ל על מצב הבריאות של כולם, כן יבשר להבא אשר שלום לו ולכל ב"ב שיחיו.

ת"ח על הידיעות שכותב מהכפרים הנתוספים מזמן לזמן עם הפרטים השייכים לזה, ובטח גם להבא יעשה כן, ות"ח מראש.

בנוגע לשאלותיו -כבר מסרתי ע"י הרב"ג שי', באשר לא הי' הזמן גרמא לענות לו בהקדם, ובודאי כבר קיבל ההוראות שבזה במכתב הרב"ג שי'.

מוסג"פ הקונטרס לכ' חשון אשר י"ל זה עתה, ובטח ישתמש בו באופן המתאים.

מהראוי אשר יחד עם הרה"ג והרה"ח מוהר"מ שי' ליפסקאר יתייעצו באופן העבודה לנצל את הימים דחדש הגאולה הבע"ל, והם יו"ד וי"ט כסלו וימי חנוכה הבע"ל, באופן המתאים ובפרסום הראוי, גם במקומות הרחוקים על ידי שימצאו אנשים המתאימים לדרוש ע"ד פרשת החג י"ט כסלו, ובהוראות כלליות ע"ד מה לדבר. והעיקר ע"ד פעולות ממשיות שאפשר לדרוש מהם, הן ברכישת תלמידים עבור "אהלי יוסף יצחק" והן בשביל חיזוק היהדות בכלל.

לשם משותף "אם הב' - אהלי כו'" כמובן א"א להסכים. אבל צ"ל זה באופן דיפלומטי.
