To the leaders of the Chabad organization, in Tel Aviv,
Greetings and blessings,
You have surely received my greetings, transmitted by the Rav, distinguished Chassid who fears Hashem and devotes himself to communal needs, Rav S. Gourary[1].
For the moment, I would like to emphasize to you the importance and the timeliness of using the month of Kislev to spread the ideas of Chabad Chassidus* among the broadest circles. Evidently, the action shall be planned in advance.
It would be good to organize, once, a great farbrengen*, so that all gather in one place. The other evenings, such gatherings shall take place in many locations, before different audiences. I rely upon your judgment to organize all this in the manner that suits best.
With my brachah* of success in your sacred mission,
I have written, in this same sense, to the youth of the Chabad organization[2]. Doubtless you shall harmonize your actions and your accomplishments, so that they be complementary.
You will find enclosed a kuntres* relating to 20 Marcheshvan, which has been edited these days.

הד"ש על ידי הרבני הוו"ח אי"א נו"מ עוסק בצ"צ וכו' מהר"ש שי' גורארי' בטח נתקבל.
ועל של עתה באתי לעוררם על דבר הנחיצות והאפשריות לנצל את חדש כסלו לענין הפצת רעיון חסידות חב"ד בחוגים היותר רחבים, כמובן בתכנית מסודרת.
ולכאורה מהנכון הי' שפעם אחת תהי' התועדות גדולה ויתקבצו כלם במקום אחד, ובלילות האחרים יתחלקו לסדר התועדויות במקומות רבים ובחוגים שונים. ואל בינתם אשען לסדר הדבר באופן היותר מתאים.
בברכת הצלחה בעבודתם בקדש.
גם לצעירי אגו"ח כתבתי ע"ד הנ"ל, ובודאי יתאימו את עבודתם ופעולותיהם באופן שישלימו אחת לרעותה.
