To all those who know the value of a good education and in particular to the Chabad Chassidim, may Hashem grant you long life,

Greetings and blessings,

On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the creation and the existence of the association of the Beis Rivkah girls' schools, under the aegis of the Merkaz L'Inyonei Chinuch and the other institutions founded by my father-in-law, the Rebbe[1], I address, by the present, my greetings and my brachah* to all the leaders, friends, and donors who have brought their support to the development and the growth of these schools.

I make, in particular, allusion to the Rav, distinguished Chassid who fears Hashem and devotes himself faithfully to communal activities, overflowing with ardor and multiplying positive accomplishments, Rav I. Jacobson[2].

Thanks to the repeated and incessant efforts of these persons, these schools have acquired a good reputation and they count hundreds of pupils, who are educated in the spirit of the Torah, permeating themselves with yiras Shamayim* and accomplishing good deeds. Thus, they procure satisfaction to their parents and are a motive of pride for all.

It is on the coming 3 Kislev that there shall be celebrated, with the help of Hashem, the tenth anniversary of Beis Rivkah. I would like, on this occasion, to address an affectionate and pressing appeal to all those who know the value of Torah-true Judaism and, in particular, to the Chabad Chassidim.

It is a sacred obligation to come to the aid of the Beis Rivkah institutions. Each one, man or woman, shall consider that it is a great merit for him to take part in this celebration and to bring his help, in all possible ways, by acting personally and by causing others to act, to maintain the schools that exist and to create new ones.

At the present time, when these institutions are battling to assure their survival, due to the economic difficulties, each donation is not only a participation, but also an act of salvation, the most primordial salvation, permitting one to assure the best education to the girls.

Hashem does not remain in debt, and all those who shall bring their concourse in order to assure the good education, in particular those who support Beis Rivkah and bring it their collaboration, shall be blessed by Hashem, in all their needs, material and spiritual.
