To the great Rav, distinguished Chassid who fears Hashem and devotes himself faithfully to communal needs, Rav Y.[1],
Greetings and blessings,
You will find enclosed a Chassidic discourse of the Rebbe Rashab*[2], which, doubtless, will interest you.
In your city[3], there are, baruch Hashem*, numerous yeshivah talmidim* and young people devoting themselves to study, may Hashem multiply them. You shall surely make use of your immense influence to bring them closer to the ideal of Chassidus* and to spread the wellsprings[4] outward. I thank you in advance for the good news that you may be willing to share with me, in this matter.
