Greetings and blessings,

As you requested of me, I am sending you a copy of the "kovetz dinim*"[2]. It is surely unnecessary to specify to you that the newspapers in Canada must report on its publication. This is important, for various reasons.

I would like to know whether you have disseminated the excerpt[3] of the sicha* of Shabbos Mevarchim[4] Elul in the appropriate manner.

You have surely already begun your sacred mission, consisting of bringing Jewish hearts closer to their Father in Heaven, by enabling them to access Chassidus* and Chassidic practices. May Hashem grant that you have success.

With my brachah* that you be inscribed and sealed for a good year, as well as your wife and your daughter,
