Greetings and blessings,
A) You will find enclosed the copy of a letter that I am sending to the Kfar[1]. In my opinion, even if the representatives of the Kfar do not visit the directors I cite in this letter — because it is said that one party has been charged to defend their interests with them — it remains necessary that representatives of the Lubavitch institutions visit them. They will speak to them about the activities of the Lubavitch movement in Eretz Yisrael*. For various reasons, this approach will be useful, even if nothing is requested in exchange[2].
B) Madame Levy, one of the directors of the Joint in France, is currently visiting Eretz Yisrael, may it be rebuilt and restored. Through her intermediary, various projects, on behalf of the chassidim, have been brought to fruition, and she will, in the future as well, be able to have a decisive intervention in this matter.
She is coming to Eretz Yisrael essentially to prepare there the settlement of her father, who is, according to what is said, an observant Jew. It would be good to come to her aid in achieving this. It is said, indeed, "Send your bread upon the waters"[3].
I do not know her address, but she will surely address herself to Agudas Chassidei Chabad or to one of its directors. The corresponding addresses were communicated to her in Paris.

א) מוסג"פ העתקת מכתבי להכפר, ולדעתי גם אם באי כח הכפר לא יבקרו אצל המנהלים הנזכרים במכתבי, כי יש כאן שמועה שמדברים כבר בעדם בענין השמיטה ממפלגה אחרת, הרי בכל זה כדאי שבאי כח מוסדות אנ"ש יבקרו אצל הנ"ל, וירציאו לפניהם על דבר פעולות אנ"ש באה"ק ת"ו וכו', ואפילו אם לא יהי' בזה ענין של תביעה ג"כ כדאי הדבר מפני כמה וכמה טעמים.
ב) מבקרת עתה בארה"ק ת"ו מרת לוי, אחת החברות בהנהלת הדז'וינט בצרפת, אשר עד עתה פעלו על ידה כמה ענינים לטובת אנ"ש, וגם להבא יש בידה היכולת לפעול בזה. אחת ממטרות ביאתה לאה"ק ת"ו שרוצה היא לסדר שם התישבות אבי' שי' (כנראה מסיפורים - א פרומער איד). ומהנכון שיעזרו לה בכל הנ"ל, ושלח לחמך על פני המים וכו'. הכתובת שלה איני יודע, אבל בטח היא תפנה לאגו"ח או לאחד מחברי ההנהלה - שנתנו לה כתבתם בפריז.
