To the distinguished chassid, who fears Hashem,

Rav Aharon HaCohen[1],

Greetings and blessings,

I received, through your brother, the distinguished chassid who fears Hashem and faithfully discharges his shlichus*, Rav Yaakov HaCohen[2], your participation in our educational work in North Africa. You will find enclosed the receipt for it.

I was particularly gratified to obtain your participation on the 13th of Tammuz, the day of the liberation of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, from the hands of the Yevsektsia[3], in Russia, in 5687[4]. This date is, for all of us, a strengthening and an encouragement in our work for the Yiddishkeit* of Torah and of education conducted with mesirus nefesh*, according to the path blazed by my father-in-law, the Rebbe.

On this day, my father-in-law, the Rebbe, prays for all those who follow his path, that Hashem grant them good health, success, and material abundance, and likewise for the members of their family. In this way, all will be able to take part more easily and more effectively in his sacred work.

I hope always to have good news of yourself and of the members of your family.

היום בו כ״ק מו״ח אדמו״ר זצוקללה״ה נבג״מ זי״ע שוחרר מידי היבסקים

ברוסי׳ בשנת תרפ״ז .שכן יום זה משמש אותנו כולנו כעידוד וחיזוק

בעבודתנו עבור תורה ויהדות ,וחינוך תורני עם מסירת נפש ,לפי הדרך

הסלולה שכ״ק מו״ח אדמו״ר הוליכנו בה .וביום זה חמי הרבי נושא רינה

ותפילה עבור כל הצועדים בדרכו ,שהקב״ה יתן להם ולבני ביתם שיחיו

בריאות והצלחה בפרנסה ,שיקל עליהם ויוכלו טוב יותר ליטול חלק

בעבודתו הקדושה.

תקותי לשמוע ממנו ומבני ביתו שיחיו בשורות טובות תמיד.
