Greetings and blessings,

I duly received your letter of 24 Sivan, by which you inform me that you have obtained the exit visa and the immigration authorization[1] which you needed. May Hashem grant that everything be arranged at the opportune moment. May Hashem lead you toward your true destination, that you may put into practice the will of Hashem at a good and fruitful moment.

You have no doubt seen the text of the sicha*[2] of Shabbos Mevarchim[3] Kislev 5711, in which it is a question of the responsibility taken on by the students of the yeshivah* of Eretz Yisroel when they leave that country in order to go to study Torah[4].
