Greetings and blessings,

I duly received your letter of Sunday of Parshas Beha'aloscha. I am surprised that, in each of your letters, you make no mention of the channels which convey material prosperity to every chassid* and especially to every former student of the yeshivah*, that is, the fixed time for studying chassidus*, to the extent possible with other people, or, failing that, alone.

Obviously, this is in addition to the studies that pertain to each individual, the daily passage of Tehillim*, of Chumash* with the commentary of Rashi, and of Tanya*, instituted by my father-in-law, the Rebbe, for all those who are bound and connected to him.

With my brochah that you succeed in earning your livelihood, that you announce good news to me, and that you tell me that you are well, materially and spiritually,

קבלתי מכ' מא' בהעלותך... ולפלא שבכל מכ' אינו מזכיר מאומה ע"ד צנורות הפרנסה של כל חסיד ובפרט של כל תמים, היינו הקביעות עתים בתורת החסידות (אם אפשרי בדבוק חברים ועכ"פ לעצמו), ומובן שזהו נוסף על שמירת השיעורים השוים לכל נפש, שהם היום תהלים חומש עם פרש"י ותניא שהנהיגם מכבר כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע בשביל כל המקושרים והשייכים אליו.
