To the Directorate of the Chabad Association in the Holy Land, may it be restored and rebuilt,

Greetings and blessings,

Enclosed you will find a letter[1] by which I address myself to various schools in the United States, which are on vacation during the summer months.

There also exist, in the Holy Land, schools that take their vacations during the summer. You can therefore make use of my letter, disseminate it in the proper manner, so that it may be of the greatest utility[2].

You will kindly let me know, in detail, all that you will have done in this matter.

With my blessing for success in your sacred mission,
